Refund & Return Policy – Farhan & Co

At Farhan & Co, all our products are made to order and customized according to customer requirements. Due to the nature of custom woodwork, we follow the policy below:

  1. Customized Orders
     All customized items (including size, design, color, material, and finish) are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is confirmed and production has started.

     

  2. Advance Payment
     An advance payment is required to confirm any order. This advance is non-refundable in case of order cancellation by the customer.

     

  3. Cancellation Policy
     Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once work has started, cancellation is not allowed.

     

  4. Damage or Manufacturing Issues
     If there is any issue due to incorrect size, material, or workmanship from our side, we will repair, replace, or correct the issue at no additional cost.
     Refunds will not be offered for such cases.

     

  5. Inspection & Complaints
     Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery/installation. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours. Claims after this period will not be entertained.

     

  6. Natural Material Disclaimer
     Wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, or color are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
