3. Shipping Charges

Delays due to site unavailability are not the responsibility of Farhan & Co.

 

5. Damage During Transit

• We take utmost care in packaging and transportation.
  
  
• In case of any damage during delivery, the issue must be reported at the time of delivery or installation.
  
  
• Claims reported after installation or acceptance will not be entertained.
  
  

 

6. Delivery Acceptance

• The customer or their representative must be present at the time of delivery.
  
  
• Once the product is delivered and installed, it will be considered accepted.
  
  

 

7. Delays & Force Majeure

Farhan & Co will not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by:

• Strikes or transportation issues
